More discarded food and materials than I can handle myself, would you like some?

So it has been about a week now that I have been getting discarded food and flowers from a local store. However, I am finding that there is too much discarded fruit, vegetables and flowers for me to eat and compost. The beauty of this store is that they don’t even discard their food in a dumpster, they just leave it outside every night (under cover) in boxes. If there is anyone who lives nearby who is interested in getting some discarded food for free, feel free to get in touch with me.

I do not want the store’s details to be disclosed publicly for a few reasons. One reason is that they may decide to put all their discards in a locked dumpster. However, I doubt that they will do this as I have been taking all of their discards every night for about a week, so they have probably realized that someone is taking their discards, and probably would’ve done something to stop that happening if they were so inclined. Another reason is that I don’t want to affect the store’s reputation in a negative way. If anything, the store should be applauded for letting people take their discards, which will reduce the likelihood of it going to landfill.
