Meditation

Meditation is attunement with ever-existing, ever-conscious, ever-new bliss. Various experts on meditation say that the most effective way to meditate is to keep the mind at the point between the eyebrows, the centre of spiritual perception and will in man. The only way to know the effectiveness of meditation is by practice. Otherwise, it may seem crazy, as you will not have experienced the effects of meditation. Like the people who spurned the concept of the Earth being round as crazy, because they had not considered evidence to support such a fact, so it is with meditation. I have been practicing them daily since the end of 2010.

If meditation is practiced rightly, with intensity, and continuity, then saints say that all other laws of life will naturally be followed, and that problems in life will be solved.
